Tax ID (NIP) 8222418750, REGON 542705689, hereinafter referred to as the Event Organizer, reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy. Anyone using in any way the materials contained in the Event Organizer's websites is bound by the current Privacy Policy and the Terms of the website.
Personal data
When using the Event Organizer's websites, and in particular when ordering tickets, you will be asked to provide some of your personal data by filling in a form or otherwise. The data you will be asked for is in most cases your first name, last name, phone number and e-mail address. On order forms you will be asked to provide full personal details. Failure to provide the required data will block the action those data related to.
We never disclose your personal data to third parties. The only case in which we may do so is the electronic payment process, where we pass your data to the company processing the payment (e.g. Przelewy24, PayPal) and to our hosting provider, ETOP sp. z o.o. The data are then transferred solely for the purpose of processing the payment and providing technical support for the service.
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to complete the purchase and handle the ticket. After that time, the data will be processed for the limitation period of any claims (e.g. complaints), and as regards billing data — for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose, in accordance with tax law. If you have given consent to marketing, the data will be processed until that consent is withdrawn.
Communication
The Event Organizer may contact customers by phone, e-mail or post, but only in connection with the event for which the customer ordered tickets. We never send advertisements or spam unless you consent (which you may later withdraw by contacting us).
Cookies
Some areas of the website may use cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the user's computer that identify them in a way needed to simplify or complete a given operation. Cookies work if the browser accepts them and they are not deleted from the disk.
Partners
The Privacy Policy does not apply to websites and companies whose contact details are provided on the website.
